Love language
I just took the love languages quiz. It seemed like a lot of the things they asked were about getting or giving gifts. I would rather spend time with someone than to receive a gift from them. I feel like some people will give a gift to get out of trouble or try to buy a persons affections. I already have way too much stuff, and none of that stuff means anything without friends and family to share it with. I guess it should be no surprise that the category I scored highest on was quality time. The category I scored second highest on was words of affirmation. While I truly believe that actions speak louder than words, there are certain feelings or emotions which may be difficult to express physically, and are better said.

I completely agree with you about quality time verses gifts. I would rather go out and have a good time or save up for a trip than get a bunch of things that will clutter my house lol
ReplyDeleteYou are right about the quiz asking too many questions about getting or receiving gifts. I also got the highest score on Quality time which describes me well. I agree with you about certain feelings being so difficult to express physically.
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely right about actions speaking louder than words! People can say whatever they want without meaning it but if they actually put the effort into something then it shows how much they really care
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with spending quality time with a loved one. I scored highest on that portion and that is just how i am too! I always want to be around the people I love!
ReplyDeleteactions speack louder that words is true!! but you are so right by the spending time thing is more important than getting a gift. but what I think the spending time thing is a gift alone so being around someone that you love is a great gift for yourself and the loved people around you.
ReplyDeleteDid everyone score an 11 on Quality Time? I have yet to see/hear anything different
